I called them because the pool water was cloudy. No matter how much chlorine, flocculant, and perfect pH adjustment I applied, there was no way to clear it up. I suspected it might be the pool filter having some problem, not retaining the dirt particles. So, the same morning they came over, inspected the entire installation, and gave me some tips to recover the water (which is now crystal clear). If the water becomes cloudy again after a few days, they will come back to disassemble the filter, sand, etc. In conclusion: Maximum honesty and professionalism.

Technician Alejandro first visited to see the pool, which was green and quite dirty. He explained clearly and simply the whole process and how to clean it, and also took care of finding a part that I couldn’t. Then he came back for the second visit and did all the work wonderfully, always polite and kind, and he made a great effort to do a fantastic job, leaving everything perfect. Additionally, he offered help going forward, and his service was very affordable. I highly recommend him. Thank you.
